Several members of the community are participating in a regular poll to answer questions about disparate, yet connected issues that affect our community. Unlike a traditional “man on the street” newspaper format The Citizen’s electronic format allows participants to extrapolate on their ideas, and even include links to web sites or reference material to help communicate their ideas more fully. Moreover, there can be communication with the authors thereby fulfilling The Citizen’s mission to increase the level of communication in our community on critical issues. The Citizen will be posting these weekly, though finding a sponsor for this section will be neccessary to make it sustainable.
