Chaffee Housing Trust (CHT) is hosting a Homebuyer Open House to present its upcoming Crestone Heights development, and to recruit potential homebuyers. This event will be held on two consecutive evenings; Wednesday, May 13th and Thursday, May 14th from 6pm to 8pm at the Salida Senior Center, on the corner of Third Street and F Street. Interested homebuyers are encouraged to drop-in anytime during those hours to learn more about home ownership opportunities, home mortgages and financing. Details of this very affordable “green” development will be available including site plans, floor plans, pricing, eligibility, and financial support programs available to buyers.
