  1. Dont waste your Saturday night. My husband and I saw Lez Zeppelin in Denver a few weeks ago and it was so bad we had leave. Apparently, not the same band from a year ago. Must be a cheap band to get is why they are playing

  2. Ditto on the Lez Zep comment. Attended a show in Aspen a year or so ago, pretty good – but that night in Denver at the Bluebird was sorry beyond words, we stayed till the end but that was a mistake. Just got worse and worse. For sure not the same band, singer and really overweight drummer were the worst aspect. Guitar player needs to learn the music.

  3. The weekend is full of amazing talent in addition to the music line-up. FIBArk is a great free event that has brought this community together for the last 61 years and we look forward to celebrating this tradition with you again this year.

  4. Any band can have a bad show —even the original Zepplin. Women playing Lez Zepplin? I liken it to seeing a Mike Meyer’s, or Will Farrel movie; I presume it’ll be goofy but awesome! I’ll sing along every song! Bring it on. I know this board has been working so hard, and when I cheer, it’ll be for whomever brought some free tunes to my park on a summer night by the river.

  5. It really saddens me that citizens of this great town can just assume that a band is terrible by one night judgement. And assume that they are a cheap band. I would not presume it to be goofy at all. And yes this is a new line up and it takes time for everyone to gel together. Hey S. Giles if you think that guitar player needs to learn music you need to get your ears checked.,and don’t speak if you don’t kbnow what you are talking about. I love how a lot of people around FIBark time becomes music experts. NOTE TO ALL: ITS FREE MUSIC PEOPLE!! Enjoy it may not last much longer

  6. Over past few years Steve and the FIBArk board have really stepped up the quality of music, food and fun over the weekend, I’m sorry the first few folks are going to stay home Saturday night but I for one will be there Rocking my socks off!!

  7. WSP..regarding goofy, I hope you did not misunderstand. I meant goofy in the best sense of the word! I simply meant women playing Zepplin is a schtick —but a very good one. Like Hell’s Bells, I LOVED it. But a woman doing a spot on Angus Young is simply goofy in a high-fivey kind of way. With that said, obviously, we are on the same page and I look forward to seeing you Saturday night. Thanks for writing in!
