You’ve seen them around town, heard them in public presentations, but here’s your chance to catch several visiting artists at work in their top-secret lair!

Colorado Art Ranch and Salida ArtWorks will host an Open Studio Tour for the Artists in Residence.   Heard the buzz?  Seen a teaser about what they’re up to?  It’s a great chance to observe leading edge techniques in a variety of media and hear how the creative process works.  Oh, did anyone mention refreshments?  Come check it out at the former Otero Cyclery building on the highway.  One afternoon only – don’t miss this!

A Colorado resident since 1970, Merrell Bergin is a business applications software consultant in the healthcare industry. Together with his wife PJ, a fiber artist, Merrell rehabilitated the classic downtown Salida building where they now live. PJ and Merrell have been actively involved in the arts, Historic District and civic issues for many years.
