District Court Judge Stephen A. Groome found that Ms. Young and therefore the City did not exceed their jurisdictional authority nor abuse their discretion in finding against the Plaintiffs and in favor of the Defendants.

Colorado’s application represents 112 school districts, the Charter School Institute and the Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind. In all, the application covers 740,000 students (90 percent) in the state.

Dean Karnazes, a superstar of ultarunning, is scheduled to appear at The Trailhead/Trailhead Cycle & Ski on Saturday August 21st, courtesy of The North Face. Dean’s appearance is in conjunction with his participation in the annual GORE-TEX Trans-Rockies Run. The roller derby league hopes to have new skaters attend a practice to see how it works and ask questions and then they can begin skating with them by the end of August.
