Local pro mountain biker Mick Hannah demonstrating why he gets paid to ride a bike

Collective member and Outside TV local honcho Sam Bricker shot this video up in BV. It’s pro rider Mick Hannah’s pump track playground. Mick is one of those understated professional globe trotting athletes you might never know lives in the valley.

From his site:
G’day,
I’m Mick Hannah. I was born on the 21st of November 1983. I am married to Hannah Hannah with one son. His name is Duke. I am currently racing for GT bicycles. I base mostly in Colorado, USA, but I’m from Cairns Australia. I am the oldest of four kids in my family. Mum and Dad are still going strong after 27 years of marriage. I like to go spearfishing and camping when I get the chance, but most of my time is spent riding/training. I love racing my bike. I enjoy the challenge of finding the limit and riding on it all season. I believe in Jesus. Thanks very much for your time. Mick

If you’ve never seen a pro riding a pump track, it’s something to behold. Like watching Tony Hawk skate, or Tiger drive, a pump track technician like Mick makes the sport look easy. Enjoy.
