Renewable Energy Outfitters is proud to announce that owner, Aaron Mandelkorn, recently gained certification for photovoltaics through the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP). NABCEP is the “gold standard” for PV and solar thermal installation certification and was designed to raise industry standards and promotes consumer confidence. Professionals who choose to become certified demonstrate their competence in the field and their commitment to upholding high standards of ethical and professional practice.
Mandelkorn has been working in the solar profession for five years and has been operating his business out of Salida for the last two years. He was trained by Solar Energy International out of Paonia, Colorado and worked for a nationally recognized solar company in California before coming to Colorado. He works with grid tied and off grid home and business owners, designing and installing custom energy systems.
