HRRMC orthopedic surgeon Robert Hunter, M.D. was one of two American surgeons invited to teach at a new orthopedic surgery learning center in York, England.
Dr. Hunter traveled to England on February 25 to teach a two-day course on arthroscopic shoulder surgery. Smith & Nephew, a major medical equipment developer and manufacturer, established the learning center to instruct orthopedic surgeons from across Europe in new and emerging arthroscopic surgery techniques.
Dr. Hunter is the director of the Sports Medicine Center and Orthopedic Center of Excellence at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center. He was selected by his peers for the Best Doctors in America 2011-2012 database.
