A free program will be held on Thursday, April 21 at 7:00 p.m. at the Salida Café community room for individuals who want to learn more about Mountain Bluebirds and for those who have and/or want to put a box on their land. Andrew Mackie will give a presentation about these colorful birds and where and how to install bluebird boxes. In addition, Andrew will discuss monitoring boxes and how to record and submit information on Cornell’s “The Birdhouse Network” website. Boxes and books will be available for purchase. If you have questions, please contact Denny Arter, GARNA Bluebird Program Coordinator at 539-0787.
