Salida, Colorado–Orthopedic surgeon Drew D. Ritter, M.D. will discuss a state-of-the-art surgical technique for total knee replacement on Friday, April 22, at 6:00 p.m. The presentation will be held in HRRMC’s second-floor conference rooms, 1000 Rush Drive, in Salida.
The same seminar will be offered at HRRMC’s Buena Vista Clinic, 713 East Main Street, on Saturday, April 23, at 10 a.m.
Dr. Ritter specializes in this innovative surgical technique, which uses patient-specific technology. He performs the surgery at Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center in Salida.
Knee replacement surgery is an option when a patient experiences significant knee pain during normal activities, and when other non-operative treatments have failed to work.
Dr. Ritter is board-certified in orthopedic surgery and completed a fellowship in total joint replacement at the Florida Knee Center.
