If you needed any convincing here is the beer and food menu:
Summersault paired with a Goat cheese pastry topped with mango chutney
Super Cru paired with Coke braised steak stuffed with cheese and apple jack bacon
La Folie paired with Colorado trout, fried potatoes, onions, and sweet peppers
Ranger IPA paired with Madeira braised duck with white truffles
