Good morning, Salida!
Watching the entire scene go down from my higher vantage point over at the Woodland Motel with staff was pretty sureal as well….watching the Salida Swat decend down and around S mountain whilst we watched a “really fast runner” barrel down the trail too….”O my gosh…that is the dude!” Was echoing from us all as we realized we were seeing the entire capture from the balconies.
So, glad no one was hurt and that the robber did have enough sense to not disrupt any other bussinesses on his escape route out of town VIA S mountain.
Thanks Salida Swat and all who worked smoothly and cooley to capture the bicycle bandit.
