Jimmy Descant, the Rocketman, will close his show, “A Decade Of Crutches And Coffins”, at the SteamPalnt Annex building Sunday, 9/11/2011. The event will be a culmination of a 3 month outpouring of emotional art concerning the enlisted and their injuries and service. Opening at 6pm, and a candlelight vigil at dusk in remembrance of the tragedy of 9/11 and all the tragedies that have followed with a decade of seemingly endless war still on the horizon. Bring a candle, flashlight, or lantern; and a note to the ghosts to cast upon the River.
