An informative, research-based class that describes childbirth options available in Colorado. A uniquely-qualified local RN will discuss current birth research within a structured class format and help you make informed decisions for your birth and your baby.
Questions that will be addressed in class…
- How do local cesarean rates compare to the national average?
- Am I a candidate for a home birth, birth center birth or hospital birth?
- What childbirth options are available in Colorado?
- What are the differences between nurse-midwives, homebirth midwives, doulas and doctors?
- What do I need to know about the choices offered to me during my pregnancy and birth?
- What are my beliefs surrounding childbirth?
