Calling All Artists: The SteamPlant Event Center is currently seeking nine local artists to feature in our Paquette Gallery in 2012. Each selected art exhibition will run for six weeks. The Paquette Gallery, located in the Event Center lobby, is open during business hours, special events and one hour prior to shows in our theater. During each exhibition, the selected artist is featured on our website and in a full length Mountain Mail article. The SteamPlant hosts a complementary evening artist’s reception.
Interested in applying? Download our 2012 Exhibition Proposal here or pick one up at the SteamPlant Box Office. Don’t delay, as applications are due Nov. 28, 2011. Each requires a brief description of the proposed show, 10 – 15 digital images and an artist statement. Artists of all ages and mediums are encouraged to apply.
