Dance, Salida, Dance

This Saturday night at 7:30 pm, Salida’s first ever collaborate dance performance, “Dance Salida Dance” takes the main stage of the SteamPlant Event Center for a memorable evening. By combining an eclectic mix of modern dance, Broadway, tap, jazz, hip hop, tango, African and contra dance, the event showcases a diversity of local talent.  Participating performers include: Arkansas Valley Music and Dance, Barbra Baker, Casa Tango, CEDE Dance Studio, High Steppin’ Dance Company, Soma Dance Company and Susan Topping.

Tickets are $15 for adults; $5 for students and children. Buy them through participating dance studios, the SteamPlant Event Center or online. This event is a benefit hosted by the Friends of the SteamPlant to fund future dance performances at the Event Center.
