OHV meeting Wednesday, February 8th at 1pm(5)

There will be a public input meeting regarding OHV use on 17 county roads this Wednesday Feb 8 at 1 p.m. in the Commissioner Meeting room of the County Courthouse on Crestone Ave. in Salida. Anyone is welcome to comment in general or with specific reasons why specific routes should or should not be opened.

Colorado moves toward official “Spaceport” designation(1)

The Senate Judiciary Committee passed Senate Bill 35, The Colorado Aerospace Jobs Act sponsored by Senator Mary Hodge (D-Brighton). This legislation will help further establish Colorado as a leader in the aerospace industry, allowing the state to compete with other states in the development of commercial space flight.
