Even deer take stand on home rule

With all the acrimonious debate surrounding Home Rule (and the deer population), I thought everybody could use a good laugh right about now.

Also, no animals were harmed during this photoshopping.

Good one. I would say that is one way to make it though the holidays. Who could shoot a deer doing that kind of duty?
