The Democratic Party is required, at all levels, to meet and elect new leadership for the County Party, Congressional, House, Senate, Judicial and (some) Commissioner Districts. By law and rule, the County Party must meet between Feb. 1 and Feb. 15, 2013. The State Party (and all multicounty districts) must meet between Feb. 16 and April 1. The State Party will meet on March 2, at the Marriott in Denver.
