Diabetes boot camp at HRRMC center

Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is partnering with Rocky Mountain Diabetes Solutions to offer a half-day Diabetes Education Boot Camp class on Thurs., Jan. 10, from 5 to 9 p.m., and Sat., Jan. 19, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Both classes will be held at the HRRMC Learning Center at 301 A Oak St. in Salida.

Topics covered include managing your diabetes, healthy eating, monitoring your blood sugar and continuing your journey with diabetes.

Pre-registration is required. Call 719-207-6694 or register online at www.rmds4u.com. There is a $15 registration fee for the class.
