Judy Lore

After three decades teaching middle school students in PA, Judy Lore was able to retire to Salida. She volunteers at Ark-Valley Humane Society and has taken up photography, but spends much of her day opening and closing doors for Jesse, Dusty, Zoe, and Dylan - the terribly spoiled dogs who allow her to live with them in order to get treats.

One Nation Under Dog is a well-researched book that is edifying and entertaining for dog lovers, a must read.
