The ones who don’t have the time are the ones we need the most – young families, single parents, self employed, long commuters, renters and those struggling financially to buy or keep their homes.

The Board has upzoned existing agricultural lands in the rural and recreational lands from a minimum lot size of 5 acres, which can now be subdivided down to 2 acres with good design.
