The Salida City Council recently heard the details of BBI International’s community sustainability program which encourages municipalities to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and promote energy self-reliance and local economic development.

Salida City Council approves a proposal by Salida Mountain Trails for a new trail on Tenderfoot Mountain to be constructed by volunteers, the first step in a comprehensive plan for local, multiple-use trails.
