Business Development Grant - Ages 18-22

A $500 business development grant is available for the development of a career in fine or performing arts.

The grant is in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Salida Riverside Art & Music Festival and membership in Salida Chamber of Commerce. Danna and Clyde Tullis, former residents of Salida are owners of Creative Resources And Venues, producing 6 festivals in Colorado this year. Salida was their first festival, started in 2009.

The CRV Grant is available to applicants between the ages of 18 and 22 who reside in Chaffee County or Saguache County. The guidelines require the applicant to write an essay about their career goals in the fine or performing arts, display that they are actively developing an artistic career, and explain how the grant will be used. The grant recipient will be announced on stage during this year’s Salida Riverside Art & Music Festival, at Riverside Park, July 21.

Donations are being accepted to increase the grant amount, and depending on response additional grants will be awarded during this grant period. For more information call Danna Tullis at 303-916-5711.
