An Evening of Cowboy Music at the Hutchinson Homestead & Learning Center - Saturday, September 22nd
Guidestone is thrilled to host national touring performer and cowboy musician, Freddie Fuller, for an evening of music at the Hutchinson Homestead & Learning Center on Saturday, September 22nd from 5-7:30pm. This will be a great show and sure to be highly enjoyable to folks of all ages!
Also known as the “The Singing Cowboy,” Freddie Fuller is a singer, songwriter, musician and storyteller. For thirty years, Freddie has performed before thousands at various functions, from house concerts to larger venues such as the famous Broken Spoke in Austin. Freddie plays at many private parties and ranches, as well as special functions for education foundations throughout central Texas. Freddie created and has performed his “History of the Texas Cowboy 1850-1900” educational programs to hundreds of public schools and colleges. No stranger to the stage, Freddie has performed musical theater and appeared on local and national television and radio, including Comedy Central. The evening’s events will begin when doors open at 5pm. From 5-5:30pm, food will be available to purchase from Buffalo Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, or bring a picnic dinner, and the historic homestead buildings will be open for viewing. At 5:30pm, homemade pie will be served, and the evening’s performance will begin at 6pm. The event will be outdoors, with sheltered areas for eating and the performance. Chairs and straw bale seating available, or feel free to bring a blanket for sitting up front on the ground.
This is a unique opportunity to hear traditional cowboy music in a historic ranch setting. Space will be limited, so purchasing advance tickets is highly recommended!
