Held at the Hutchinson Ranch on Highway 50 between Salida & Poncha Springs, activities will include horse-drawn wagon rides to the pumpkin patch, pony rides, a straw bale maze, farm games, a cider press, crafts, face painting, food, live music and more!

There are a variety of advance ticket options available both online and at local businesses in Salida and Buena Vista. Ticket options include: Individual Single Day Ticket: $8/person, Family Single Day Tickets (up to 4 people): $30/family; Individual Weekend Pass: $15/ person; Family Weekend Pass (up to 4 people): $55/family. Tickets at an increased rate will also be available at the gate throughout the event. Children 2 and under free. Admission for children includes a pumpkin while supplies last!

Do you have a school or youth organization that would like to attend the Pumpkin Patch as a group? On Friday only, there is a discounted rate of $5/child, chaperones free, for organizational groups of 10 or more children. Pre-registration required for this opportunity.

The success of this event is due in large part to the volunteers, artists, musicians, vendors and sponsors who make this event an attraction for all ages. Please consider providing your time, talent and/or funds to support this year’s festival and join in the fun!

For general information, to purchase advance tickets, register a youth group or become a sponsor or volunteer, please visit, email [email protected], or call 719-239-0955.

Pumpkin Patch is a Rain, Snow or Shine Event!  In the event of inclement weather, the Hutchinson Ranch barn provides plenty of indoor space for food, games and music.  No refunds provided. And since this is a working ranch, please keep dogs at home. Thanks!
