Moonlight Monday Benefits Central Colorado Conservancy

While Pizza lovers indulge their food passion, President’s Day, February 18, 2019, they will be supporting the work of the Central Colorado Conservancy to build a community conservation legacy.

Every Monday, Moonlight Pizza and Brewpub donates 10 percent of their total proceeds from the day to a different Salida-area charity as a “thank you” to the Salida community. Moonlight Pizza is open 11 AM – 9 PM. The donation will also apply to takeout orders and gift cards.

According to Conservancy’s Executive Director, Andrew Mackie, “Moonlight Pizza and Brewpub Monday’s is a great way to support all of the good work going on in our community. The Conservancy has a number of projects in the Salida area including restoration at Sands Lake State Wildlife Area, work on Envision Chaffee Projects such as Helping Hands, Recreation in Balance and Conservation Exchange, and South Arkansas River restoration.”

The Central Colorado Conservancy is working to protect, connect and enhance what we all love about the region including wildlife, landscapes and working ranches.

You can join some of the Conservancy staff at Moonlight on President’s Day, Feb. 18th from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Or stop by and get a pizza and beer anytime that day to support all of the great work carried out by the Central Colorado Conservancy.
