Join Us on Friday, May 29 for Volunteer Workday on the Monarch Spur Trail

On Friday, May 29, 2015 the Land Trust of the Upper Arkansas (LTUA), the Greater Arkansas River Nature Association (GARNA), Salida-area Parks Open-space & Trails (SPOT), City of Salida, and Chaffee County will be hosting a volunteer workday along the Monarch Spur Trail in Salida. All interested volunteers are encouraged meet at the 3rd Street intersection of the Monarch Spur Trail at 9:00 am. As a part of the Salida Trails Ecological Restoration Project, we plan to pull invasive cheat grass for a few hours.
