i've always loved running, specially after moving to this valley and having these amazing trails around , But I only recently realized how important running actually is for our physical and therefore mental wellbeing .
Melting the Feldenkrais method with anatomical facts and basic physics I've come to some fairly easy understandable concepts and ways to experience those about how to run to truly serve yourself.
