Habitat rolls out home rehabilitation program

Salida’s Medical Marijuana Center debate addressed by Denver Attorney

If the proposal were to pass, it certainly would not eliminate medical marijuana from Salida. It would only drive it underground, to unregulated and untaxed, residential and neighborhood gardens in proximity to children. Such home-based gardens and distribution operations cannot be legally banned or even regulated.
