13th Annual Tenderfoot Mountain Duathlon and Triathlon(0)
The adult triathlon course consists of a 1000 meter swim (pool temperature is approximately 80-83 degrees on race day), a 40k bike ride and a 10k run. Duathlon course consists of the bike and then the run portion of the triathlon.
