I recently returned from a multi-state, multi-stop road trip. As fun and exciting as it was for me to catch up with family and friends along the way, the same could not always be said by my traveling companion.

A dog park would attract visitors, discourage owner negligence which leads to nuisance behaviors, and alleviate some of the issues of unleashed dogs in our other city parks.
