We would like to honor a vision that is of epic proportions by launching a project that needs your support and contributions. We are hosting a community gathering to show our support for the arts and each other. This event will be in conjunction between artists within our community and beyond.
After working so hard through channels to get public art sanctioned, chosen, and installed this year, we the artists with large scale installation experience and potentials got a lump of coal in our stockings from the City Council, and especially pointedly from City staff Dara McDonald and Michael Varnum.

Joshua is a highly rated landscape artist known for capturing the spirit and beauty of the West.

My family and group of friends gather each year to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday weekend together. This year was no different though it was our first stay in Salida. As a group, we were hiking up Ute Pass Trail on CR 176 Thursday morning.
