Volunteer Open House and Appreciation
The Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Forest Service and Colorado Mountain Club are hosting a Volunteer Open House & Appreciation event on October 24th, 2019 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Buena Vista Community Center. This event is free and the public is encouraged to attend and celebrate the achievements of the public land volunteers and partners in the Arkansas Valley, learn about future volunteer opportunities and engage with public lands agency representatives.
There will be door prizes donated by Absolute Bikes, Tomken Machine and Salida Mountain Sports, light refreshments, and individuals 21 years of age or older will receive a free beer voucher from Eddyline Brewery in Buena Vista, CO.
