Mountainfilm on Tour to Arrive in the Upper Arkansas Valley for Three Nights November 14-16, 2019
Mountainfilm on Tour brings a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival. The tour will soon visit Salida Nov. 14, Buena Vista Nov. 15, and Leadville Nov. 16 with films that explore themes connected to Mountainfilm’s mission of using the power of film, art and ideas to inspire audiences to create a better world. Each night will have a completely unique line up.
A Mountainfilm presenter will guide the audience through the program providing insight on the films, filmmakers and subjects.
The show kicks off at 7 p.m. with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets for Mountainfilm on Tour in all three locations are on sale now at the Greater Arkansas River Nature Association (GARNA) office, 209 E 3rd Street Salida, or can be purchased online at garna.org. Tickets will also be available the day of the event at each venue, but are likely to sell out beforehand. The cost for each show is $12-$20 per adult and $5 per child. Mountainfilm on Tour in the Upper Arkansas Valley is hosted by GARNA and Central Colorado Conservancy in partnership with BV Storage, Moonlight Pizza, Salida Mountain Sports, Ivy Ballroom, FREIGHT, and A Church.
