Concrete Drainage Work to be Completed
The Salida Public Works Department will be completing concrete work to help improve drainage for a portion of the West 2nd Street corridor from March 9 to March 24. Beginning Thursday, March 9, 2017, the intersections on 2nd Street from “G” to “J” Street will be closed to complete the replacement of concrete drainage pans to improve water drainage in the area. The project is expected to be completed by March 24, 2017. During the construction project there will not be through traffic permitted in those intersections, so it is advised that you plan an alternate route.
