The Ark Valley High Rollers (AVHR) are an all-female owned and operated flat track roller derby league comprised of skaters in the Arkansas Valley Area of Colorado. Through the sport of roller derby, the mission of AVHR is to develop and amplify the athleticism, wisdom, courage and fortitude of its skaters. AVHR aims to empower and inspire women by demonstrating physical and mental strength both on and off the track, and by providing positive athletic role models to our community.
